Doug was amazing. The definition of a professional. I could tell right away when we first sat down with us. He dressed the part and actually listened. We made the mistake of using another agent for a few weeks because we would get a kickback. But it was not worth it. We went back to Doug and he helped everything go smoothly when we found our forever home. I would highly recommend him. He truly is the best!!!

Doug Cary goes the extra mile for his clients! When curve balls came our way Doug calmly reassured us, made suggestions on how to proceed, and then carried through in helping us take care of them.
What kind of curve balls? Doug helped us get multiple offers FAST!, then counter on multiple offers, then find service pros to handle buyer-requested fixes FOR US while we were 2k+ miles away, and Doug even fought back against a low appraisal value and got them to adjust it (something that is almost unheard of!) to get our home appraised above asking!
Is Doug Cary good at selling homes? No. He's incredible! And absolutely professional in every respect. We felt very well taken care of at every step of the process and I recommend him to anyone that's looking for an efficient, positive, successful home-selling experience.
