Grampas cabin on the Mountain. Cabin is extremely private, located in a cove with tall pines and oak brush. There's a main sleeping area with rock fireplace, a kitchen and gathering area, with a large sleeping loft for the kids. There are no utilities, but the cabin does function. It has a propane fridge and oven. A water gathering system that gravity feeds to the cabin, and a solar/generator system for power. The cabin and utility systems do need some repairs and upgrades. Cabin is located about half way up Currant Creek mountain, south of Fruitland. Cabin comes fully furnished with a tractor, dune buggy, tools, equipment and supplies. Access is seasonal and requires a 4x4.
