This house is in good condition inside and out. The paint is in good shape, the deck and rails could use a paint touch up. The roof is in good shape, except for the west side of the back porch that has some shingles blown off. This a wonderful place for a retired couple, like the previous owners who have recently passed. Good hunting and fishing in the area with, deer, elk and wild antelope roaming in the immediate area regularly. It's only 5 minutes from the property to Duchesne with no traffic jams, where you can find anything, you need, a supermarket, hardware store, gas stations where often the gas prices are some of the lowest in the state. There is a nice medical clinic and county hospital in Roosevelt only about 25 miles away. Good ambulance service with trained EMTs to the hospital.
